• L.A. Brunches to Try This Month

Weekend brunch in Los Angeles is a regular thing. There is nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee and eggs Benedict after a morning hike with your girlfriends! This month, we recommend trying out these new L.A. brunch spots and see what they have to offer:

Bluebird Brasserie, Sat-Sun 10am-3pm

Sherman Oaks' vegan-friendly, Belgian-inspired brewpub just launched brunch service! One of their best to-share options is the Breakfast Board, with its spread of baguette, shaved ham, chicken liver, soft-boiled egg, pickles and a sour-cherry mostarda. Otherwise, try their vegan quiches, as well as tartines and breakfast sandwiches. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Liège waffles come topped with berries and whipped cream is the menu item to go with. Wash it all down with fresh-juice cocktails, blood-orange sangria or one of their house-made Belgian beers.

Veranda at Hotel Figueroa, Sat-Sun 11am-2pm

Come by for a lovely brunch at the newly revamped Hotel Figueroa! At Veranda, the hotel's new poolside restaurant, chef Casey Lane brings you the shareable table-length flatbreads, burrata toast, Spanish omelets, stone-fruit salads and other delicious brunch menu options. Brunch at Hotel Figueroa is a nice escape from the city, all with a view of hanging lanterns, lush palm fronds and, of course, the pool.

Hayden, Sun 10:30am-7pm

Hayden is a wine bar that's just launched their brunch menu, expanding upon its regularly scheduled sandwiches, toasts, dips, charcuterie and waffles options. On Sundays, you can find new brunch menu items like the Hayden Benedict, made with creamed kale, soft eggs, bacon and sourdough; the crispy waffle with trout roe and crème fraîche; and the smoked fish plate with pickles, herbed cream cheese and toast, and much more!
