Independence Day is right around the corner! It’s time for patriotism and celebration of American freedom! Spend your Fourth of July hanging out with your friends & family at one of the coolest beaches of LA, eating the city’s best BBQ, having fun at the neighborhood parades and celebratory festivals. No matter what event to choose, it all leads up to the best part of the celebration – fireworks! Check out the following events on Fourth of July around the city:

Pacific Palisades Fourth of July Parade

Those in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, come by for the Independence Day on the beach! The parade starts at around 2pm with a group of descending patriotic skydivers, followed by the baton twirlers and marching trombonists. The parade takes place on Sunset Boulevard, between Via de la Paz and Drummond. The late afternoon/evening festivities include a concert and, of course, fireworks. AmericaFest

Taking place at the Rose Bowl, AmericaFest is a perfect place to be on Fourth of July! The event features inflatable rides, games and crafts for family-friendly fun; classic American food, motorcycle stunt show, and much more! Fourth of July Block Party

If you want to celebrate Independence Day in Downtown LA, head over to the Grand Park for their unique block party! The event features scrumptious food truck fare, live music and more. Grand Park festivities start at 3pm. Bring your whole family, including your four-legged friends!
