  • Four Spots to Wine Down in L.A.

There is no better way to end your day than enjoying a nice glass of wine! A cozy, intimate wine bar is the perfect place to grab drinks and unwind with friends after work. Here are five of our favorite spots throughout Los Angeles where you can enjoy a glass (or two)!

A.O.C. Wine Bar - 8700 W. 3rd St

Sommelier Caroline Styne definitely has a talent when it comes to wine tasting. Her choices pair perfectly with chef Suzanne Goin's tapa-style California fare. The friendly servers, warm and cozy ambiance, and the incredible selection of wines and cheeses will make this spot your new go-to!

Augustine Wine Bar - 13456 Ventura Blvd

With its extensive selection of vintage wines, some even dating back to the 1860s, this upscale wine bar is a rare find. Enjoy your drink with some small bites at the wine bar or on the outdoor patio. The trendy atmosphere and unparalleled selection of wine make this spot a wine lover's paradise.

Bar Covell - 4628 Hollywood Blvd

You won't find a drink menu at this cozy spot, but don't worry! The knowledgeable sommeliers will help pick out the perfect wine for you. Sample from over 150 types of wines from across the globe, all available by the glass, or you can opt for one of the beers on tap. Make sure to get here early - the small space fills up fast!

Esters Wine Bar & Shop - 1314 7th St

Owned by the Rustic Canyon restaurant group, this wine bar and shop hybrid is a welcome addition to Santa Monica. Choose from over 250 types of wine, which you can enjoy by the glass at the bar or purchase a bottle at the shop. The food menu is carefully created so that each dish pairs perfectly with the wine, and features delicious snacks such as curry cashews. Esters is the definition of a true wine bar experience!
