and logistical coordination. Having a specialist in each of these

Administration
Most businesses are successful because of the combined effort of
team support and its leadership. Real estate is no different. I
have spent many years of my real estate career building a supportive
administrative team to service our clients in the buying and selling
of their homes and to fulfill all of their real estate needs. The
result is a cohesive, highly skilled team you won’t find anywhere
else in the industry.

Sandra Beck - Business Manager
Sandra Beck manages all the office operations including client
relations, advertising and marketing, procedures, compliance
and follows properties from listing to close. Sandra has her
Master's Degree in Advertising as well as her undergraduate
Degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and has
over 15 years of management experience. Sandra has been on
Valerie's real estate team for 9 years.

Amanda Collier - Marketing & Advertising
Amanda is responsible for all of Valerie’s personal
and property marketing, print advertising, brochures and web
sites. She coordinates all aspects of marketing each property,
including scheduling photography, virtual tours, as well as
newspaper and magazine presence. Amanda has eight years of
experience in graphic design, art direction and corporate
marketing, three years of real estate experience, and has
been on Valerie's team for over two years. |

Christy Beilsmith - Showing Coordinator
Christy is responsible for the scheduling, tracking and facilitating of all showings. In addition to coordinating with the Buyers, Sellers and their respective agents, Christy also tracks the names and times for every showing, open house and preview of your property. Christy, a graduate of University of Missouri Columbia, the newest addition to Valerie's team, has over 9 years of experience in public relations and marketing.

Christine Lee - Escrow Coordinator
Christine is responsible for coordinating the entire escrow
process, which entails generating contracts, scheduling inspections,
tracking contingencies, ensuring the completion of compliance
forms and facilitating communication with Buyers, Sellers
and Escrow Companies. She is a graduate of UCLA with her BA
in Economics. Christine, a licensed agent, has over 6 years
experience in the real estate business and has been on Valerie's
team for 4 years. |

Lia Shipman - Sales Coordinator
Lia is responsible for facilitating sales, showings of all
of Valerie’s properties, as well as assisting in property
marketing and information management. She also compiles Valerie’s
client newsletter and manages Valerie’s personal database
and website. Lia, a graduate of USC and Thunderbird, The Garvin
School of International Management with her MBA, has a year
of real estate experience and has been on Valerie’s
team for one year. |

Bete Agonafer
Bete Agonafer is one of Coldwell Banker's fastest rising realtors. Kathy Doyle is a graduate of the University of Texas with
a degree in Finance and has her broker's license. An interest
in architecture inspired her to have a career in Real Estate. |

Maryann O'Donnell
Maryann O'Donnell's entrepreneurial career began when she
started two very successful businesses that are currently
trading on the NASDAQ, one of which being Earthlink, Inc.
She recently joined TEAM FITZGERALD after working with Valerie
on the sale of her home and being heavily involved in real
estate for a number of years. Maryann lists homes and represents
buyers from Malibu to the Hollywood Hills.

Vinny Petrosino
Vinny Petrosino is originally from New York where he worked
in the garment industry. Twenty-five years ago he relocated
to California to take the position of President at a Junior
Sportswear Company called Mirrors and Granite, selling garments
to all the major retailers across the country.
In August of 2001, Vinny closed his business and starting
investing in Real Estate. Valerie was his agent and friend
at the time and it was by her suggestion that he get his Real
Estate license and begin working with her. Since that time
Vinny has been busy working with Buyers and Sellers from Sunset
Plaza to Malibu in all price ranges.
He has one daughter that attends Viewpoint school who competes
in both Hunter and Jumper classes for various horse shows

Jennifer relocated to Los Angeles with five years experience

Nina Jaffe grew up in New York and went to college in Boston,
MA where she studied Hotel Management at Northeastern University.
Nina has a strong hospitality background with 5 Star Hotels,
one being The Plaza Hotel, New York City. Nina loves to work
with people in the service industry and always does the best
job she can to ensure client satisfaction. |
