The projects Valerie has brought to the market from conception and acquisition to design and marketing have ultimately pioneered luxury condominium living in Los Angeles. All of the projects have been located in the high-end areas of Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Century City, Wilshire Corridor and Venice/Marina Del Rey.
We work with developers in many areas of residential single family and condominium developments with the experience and knowledge from over 20 years selling in 15 luxury markets successfully. Our goal is to support and “brand” our developments so they achieve the highest possible prices and we will assist in establishing their reputation in the highest echelons of the Westside California luxury markets.
Valerie will provide marketing and sales assistance throughout the development process including pricing, cc +r development, staffing, infrastructure and ongoing sales analysis. Valerie has experience with presentations to financial institutions and can provide developers on a consulting basis as required . A Ground-Up development is when a development project is identified. The process of design, the number of units and size is determined to maximize ROI. At the same time, the buyer target market is directed toward the overall 2-3 year build out and a pre-determined number of units are released to the market to maximize the highest price per square foot.
