Beck - Business Manager
Sandra manages all
the operation of the office including client relations, advertising
and marketing, procedures, compliance and follows your property
from listing to close. Sandra has a Master's Degree in Advertising
from Northwestern University and has over 15 years of management
experience. Sandra has been on Valerie's real estate team
for 10 years.

Amanda Collier
- Marketing & Advertising
Amanda is responsible for all of Valerie’s
personal and property marketing, print advertising, brochures
and web sites. She coordinates all aspects of marketing each
property, including scheduling photography, virtual tours,
newspaper and magazine presence. Amanda has 8 years of experience
in graphic design, art direction and corporate marketing,
4 years of real estate experience, and has been on Valerie's
team for three years. |

Christy Beilsmith - Showing Coordinator
Christy is responsible for the scheduling, tracking and facilitating of all showings. In addition to coordinating with the Buyers, Sellers and their respective agents, Christy also tracks the names and times for every showing, open house and preview of your property. Christy, a graduate of University of Missouri Columbia, the newest addition to Valerie's team, has over 9 years of experience in public relations and marketing.

Lee - Escrow Coordinator
Christine is responsible for coordinating
the entire escrow process, which entails generating contracts,
scheduling inspections, tracking contingencies, ensuring the
completion of compliance forms and facilitating communication
with Buyers, Sellers and escrow companies. Christine, a licensed
agent, has over 5 years experience in the real estate business
and has been on Valerie's team for 4 years. |

Lia Shipman
- Showing Coordinator
Lia is responsible for the scheduling,
tracking and facilitating of all showings. In addition to
coordinating with the Buyers, Sellers and their respective
agents, Lia also tracks the names and times for every showing,

as Valerie's personal assistant. Lia, the newest addition
to Valerie's team, has over 5 years of experience in public

Mary-Viriginia Knight - Office Administrator
Mary Virginia is responsible for the
upkeep and organization of client records, reports and copies
of all marketing and advertising. She also coordinates the
brochure mailings, the Top Broker mailings, the weekly update
and advertising mailing to clients, and emails to Valerie's
agent database on new listings and price reductions. Mary
Virginia has been on Valerie's team for 4 years. |

Bete Agonafer is one of Coldwell Banker's fastest rising realtors. In the past four years, Bete has sold more than her fair share of multi-million dollar residential real estate within Los Angeles County, and for the last two years, she has been honored as the Top Producer for Valerie Fitzgerald and Associates.

Kathy Doyle is a graduate of the University

Maryann O'Donnell
Maryann O'Donnell's
entrepreneurial career began when she started two very successful
businesses that are currently trading on the NASDAQ, one of
which being Earthlink, Inc.
She recently joined
TEAM FITZGERALD after working with Valerie on the sale of
her home and being heavily involved in real estate for a number
of years. Maryann lists homes and represents buyers from Malibu
to the Hollywood Hills.

Vinny Petrosino
Vinny Petrosino
is originally from New York where he worked in the garment
industry. Twenty-five years ago he relocated to California
to take the position of President at a Junior Sportswear Company
called Mirrors and Granite, selling garments to all the major
retailers across the country.
In August of 2001,
Vinny closed his business and starting investing in Real Estate.
Valerie was his agent and friend at the time and it was by
her suggestion that he get his Real Estate license and begin
working with her. Since that time Vinny has been busy working
with Buyers and Sellers from Sunset Plaza to Malibu in all
price ranges.
He has one daughter that attends Viewpoint
school who competes in both Hunter and Jumper classes for

Jennifer relocated

Nina Jaffe grew up in New York and
went to college in Boston, MA where she studied Hotel Management
at Northeastern University. Nina has a strong hospitality
background with 5 Star Hotels, one being The Plaza Hotel,
New York City. Nina loves to work with people in the service
industry and always does the best job she can to ensure client
satisfaction. |

Jennifer Ehrman
Jennifer grew up
around the Southern California real estate industry. Her parents
owned a brokerage with several offices in San Diego. So, rather
than playing "house" like the other kids, Jen spent an inordinate
amount of time "selling property" out of the family garage.
Pursuing an interest in politics and law, Jennifer
obtained a B.A. in Political Science at the University of
California, San Diego before attending law school in Northern
California.
Jennifer's wide range of experience includes work in the field
of law as well as several years spent in the entertainment
industry as an Emmy-nominated television producer. This diverse
background serves her well in the sophisticated, high-end
residential and income property markets in which she specializes.
From Brentwood to Beachwood, Jennifer's main objective is
to serve the best interests of her clients, guiding them through
the process of accomplishing their real estate goals with
the utmost integrity and professionalism.
