One of L.A.'s favorite quiet residential areas, Pacific Palisades offers beautiful homes in a wide range of styles and price ranges, fantastic local amenities, and breathtaking hilltop and ocean views. Situated along the coast of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific Palisades lies between Malibu to the west and Santa Monica to the south, and is just west of Brentwood.

About Pacific Palisades
Pacific Palisades is a superbly family-friendly area, and boasts some tremendous advantages for family life and outdoor activities. The Pacific Palisades Park and Recreation Center offer big green spaces, playgrounds, trails for walking and hiking, tennis courts and more. There's also Temescal Canyon Park, and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. Will Rogers State Park offers hiking and riding trails; many of the homes abutting the park are multi-acre equestrian properties, fully furnished with barns and corrals.
The downtown areas of Pacific Palisades boast great shopping and dining, including numerous outdoor cafes that take advantage of the gorgeous views.
But the area's greatest attraction for home buyers is the big variety of spacious family homes, in a quiet and private setting, with spectacular hilltop, cliffside and ocean views -- incredible scenery that rivals Malibu's ocean vistas, but often for more modest prices. Homes in Pacific Palisades are typically priced at around $1 million and up; the majority are from $2 to $6 million, and are generally around 3,000 to 6,000 square feet with spacious and well-manicured lots. A few more prestigious Pacific Palisades neighborhoods, like Huntington Palisades and the gated community Ridgeview Country Estates, offer grand estate properties priced from $7 to $15 million or more.
