Perhaps L.A.'s most fabled luxury estate neighborhood, Bel Air actually includes both some of the grandest properties in the Westside and some of the area's best affordable family homes and view homes. Located north of Sunset Boulevard between Brentwood to the west and Beverly Hills Post Office to the east, Bel Air and Holmby Hills, Bel Air was first developed in 1923 -- making it one of the Westside's oldest neighborhoods.
