12 Oysters on the half shell
Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 Cup chopped green onions
½ Cup soft breadcrumbs
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
cheese
¼ Teaspoon black pepper
¼ Teaspoon ground red pepper
Place oysters on a baking sheet; set aside.
Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add green onions; sauté until tender.
Add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, black pepper, and red pepper, stirring well.
Spoon breadcrumb mixture evenly over oysters.
Broil 5 ½ inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 2 minutes or until golden.
Serve immediately.
