Vegetable cooking spray
3 Tablespoons reduced-calorie
Margarine

1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh
Mushrooms
1 ½ Cups sliced green onions
Cup all-purpose flour
3 ½ Cups skim milk
1 Tablespoon chicken-
Flavored bouillon
Granules
2 ½ Cups chopped cooked chicken
Breast
Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts.
Add mushrooms and green onions; sauté until tender
Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Gradually add milk and bouillon granules; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
Stir in chicken; cook until thoroughly heated.
To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls.
Serves: 4 (1 ½- cup)
