There’s nothing more exciting than to live in the Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles.  Home to a multitude of young celebrities and successful entrepreneurs, this is a happening area. 

Adjacent to Beverly Hills to the east, Sunset Blvd. is a hot bed of activity.  Many designer boutiques and sidewalk cafes line this street, with scenes of the hottest clubs in town.

The hills of the Sunset Strip/Hollywood Hills have winding streets that interconnect.  One of the more expensive areas is nicknamed the “Bird Streets”, because all of the streets are named after birds.  Homes in this area can range from $2 million for a small home with no view, to a fixer with a view for $3 million, and up to $25 million for an amazing private home with airliner views.  The residents of these areas love the proximity from their homes to all the nightlife activities.
