For many years Century City has been known as one of the most prestigious business communities in the Los Angeles area.  This small area adjacent to Beverly Hills has a New York feel with its high rise office buildings, restaurants and sidewalks.

It is also home to the newly remodeled Westfield Shopping Center with new outdoor cafes, multiple theater screens, Gelsons Market and hundreds of boutiques, enclosed by Macys and Bloomingdales department stores.  Century City is also known to have two high-end hotels:  the Century Plaza and the InterContinental.

As all of this developed over the years it was obvious that something was missing.  What was a hub of activity during the day, became empty at night.  It became clear to several east coast developers, The Related Company from New York and JMB from Chicago, that the opportunity to bring residential high rise living was here.  At this time Century City is becoming a very exciting new frontier.  There are numerous developments underway by these developers, and others being proposed.  I personally have worked for three years as the “Exclusive Sales and Marketing Consultant” to The Related Company and their development called “The Century”.  This project and others will redefine high rise luxury living for us in the Westside communities.  Century City in the next few years will become a sensational place to live.  There will be full-service amenity high rise living with unsurpassed views of the ocean, mountains and Downtown Los Angeles.  Residents will be able to walk to work, walk to dinner or walk to shopping and the movies.  A multitude of new restaurants and sidewalk cafes are arising for casual or fine dining.  Spas and gyms are also available.  Century City is safe, clean and uncongested and centrally located to everything.
